Company Description: Shehadi Rugs is a local Syracuse based area rug cleaning and repair service company that has been in business for 121 years. We are seeking to hire a carpet cleaning technician who would like to make a career with us. Most of our employees have been with us 10-30 years. Employee will be trained in all areas under direct and indirect supervision. All work is done on site in our cleaning plant in a nice steady work environment. Job Description: -Running area rug cleaning machines -Measuring and cutting rug pads to specified sizes -Must be able to lift 60lbs -Employee will be trained What We Offer: - Room for advancement & pay increases - Weekly paycheck - Simple IRA options - Holiday and Vacation pay - Bonuses Hours: 11-5 Monday through Friday with subject to extend hours in late spring
