Babysitter Needed - SAHM possibly?

Our family is looking for a babysitter for one day a week. Either Tuesday or Thursday..you could choose which day works best for you. There are a lot of pieces to our puzzle so I will do my best to summarize. We have a 9 year old boy, 5 year old girl & 2 year old girl. The majority of care would be for our 2 year old. The start time would be 7:30. Our 5 year old attends in person school and needs to be walked to school (two blocks away through the neighborhood, about a 5 minute walk). She needs to get there at 8:50, so you'd leave at 845. Our son can stay home while you take her. Our son does virtual learning and pretty much does his own thing throughout the day. He needs lunch and snacks and that's about it. He's a big help with our 2 year old too :) Our 2 year old girl is super sweet and laid back. We play in the mornings, eat lunch around 1130-1230 and she naps shortly after that. She goes down in her crib no problem. The end time would vary a little bit. Their dad gets off at a different time every day, whenever his job for the day gets done. He is very rarely home past 4 and most of the time it's earlier than that and then sometimes he has random days where he's off by noon.. We'd be able to tell you a pretty good estimated time beforehand at what time he will be home. I get off work at 430, so you would never work past 5 but honestly I really don't see that happening. If it was a day where you had to stay later than 3:10 then you'd have to head back over to the school to pick our 5 year old up She gets out at 3:20. I told you there was lots of pieces :) We are open to having a stay at home mom fill this position as we would love to have our 2 year old get socialized a little more. We are looking to pay $12 an hour.
