I am looking for a handyman. Someone that has years of experience. You must have your own tools and transportation (pickup, van or trailer). Must be experienced in all fields of home improvement. Plumbing and electrical is a must!! Heating and cooling experience would be nice, but not a must have. Someone that can make necessary improvements after old tenants move out. Properties in Wyandotte and some in Missouri. Have about 30 properties that I manage and recently had my worker up and quit. Apparently he thinks he will be able to live off the stimulus checks forever. They don't last forever people!
