CONSTRUCTION / LABOR JOB We renovate rental properties and homes. $15 to $20/hour based on experience Ideally, you speak both Spanish & English. *AYUDANTE DE CONSTRUCCION* *Hablamos Espanol* $15 - $20 por hora Necesitamos alguen trabajar con nosotros en el construccion. Un ayudante que tiene experience. We are seeking a utility worker / laborer to assist with various construction tasks. We renovate properties in the Greater Kansas City area, and need a high energy helper who is ready to get to work with us right away. Must have a positive attitude, a great work ethic and be reliable. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following: demolition, removal of hardwood flooring & bathroom tiles, installing hardwood floors, picking up job sites, cleaning homes out, landscaping work, moving furniture, filling up the dumpsters, making supply runs to Home Depot, painting, patching walls, caulking trim work, installing hardware, etc. Pay will be based on experience. $15/hour if you have very little experience and up to $20/hour if you have some solid relevant experience. Great opportunity for a hard worker who wants to learn some basic construction skills. Must have reliable transportation in order to get to and from work. Must have a reliable cell phone for communication. Job hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and sometimes we have some weekend work. Contact ALEX if you are interested in starting with us right away.
