Direct Placement Apartment Staffing is currently hiring for an experienced Make Ready Technician Make Ready Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "make ready" status, preparing the apartment for new residents in a timely manner. They may also complete various service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Manager. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Removing any trash/debris left behind Restoring unit to "like new" Make Ready status for new tenants Changing out light fixtures, door knobs/locks, mail box locks and mini blinds Performing basic carpentry skills, sheetrock repairs, painting, repairing laminate or ceramic tile flooring, caulking around sinks and bath tubs, resurfacing countertops and bathtub sand installing Must have own tools necessary to perform job Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision Must be detail oriented Must be able to pass a background check At Direct Placement Apartment Staffing, we specialize in finding the right job for you.
