$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Job Description Since 2000, La Casa I, LLC has been at the forefront of the property management market. We are currently seeking a master electrician to join our team. The right candidate will possess strong customer service skills and excellent technical knowledge of electrical services and installs. A qualified candidate has: 2+ years experience Ability to communicate easily with renters Strong technical knowledge of residential electrical systems Must be efficient in time management, working independently or as a team Experience in changing out electrical panels and replacing an entire service Ability to work off shifts (evening and weekends) Master Electrician Responsibilities: Installing, repairing, and servicing electrical systems Obtaining required permits Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards Troubleshoot any electrical repairs Update office on any and all electrical issues Applicant Qualifications You have requested that Indeed ask candidates the following questions: What is the highest level of education you have completed?
