Job Description Position Summary: Join the Maintenance Crew at Bridger Creek Golf Course. Starting between April 15 and May 1 (weather dependent) through the summer until mid October (weather dependent) WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED (4 hour morning shifts on weekend, up to 8 hour shifts during the week) We are a busy golf course and are seeking self-starting independent workers. Shifts start in the early mornings. Very flexible schedules (we will work around any school schedule) Part-time and Full-time positions are available. Liberal golf playing privileges, free cart rentals, along with company sponsored golf events. No previous knowledge of golf needed, on site training will be provided. Competitive wages, with end of season bonus potential with good on-time performance. Job Duties: · Operates various mowers (greens, tee, fairway, and rough), string trimmers, bunker rake, assist with irrigation repairs, gardening with flowerbed maintenance, and hand watering. · Communicates equipment problems or failure to the equipment manager immediately. · Assists in project work such as drainage, sod laying, preparing base soil, and any other projects that may arise through the season. · Maintains effective communication and cooperation with all other departments. · Maintains positive interactions with golfers, providing a high level of customer service. Qualifications: · Knowledge of golf or ag is preferred, but not required. · Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Physical Requirements: · Ability to arrive on-time with shifts starting early in the morning. · Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time, sometimes in inclement weather. Lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis.
