Description
Looking for customer service representative for an automotive glass company. This is a weekly paid position offering 40 to 45 hours a week Monday through Friday.
This position has a variety of responsibilities, some of which include:
• Answers phone and/or escalated calls from customers in a courteous manner
• Set up appointments for glass installers
• Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in operating a computer including data entry, excel etc..
• Good communication skills including oral and written
• Works in a timely fashion
• Team Oriented
• Good work ethics
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated
• Other duties as requested
• Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish)
