Great, medium sized room with acoustic treatment. Only one other space sharing a wall. Ground floor room. Lots of time availability. Has storage shelves. Ample street parking. The building and room are very secure. New ventilation filters were added by the studio to keep the rooms cool and the air circulating out of the rooms for COVID. All air circulates out of the room very quickly. Bathrooms are usually very clean. $415 for half of the room. Shared with one other group who uses the space infrequently. You can play loud at all times of day and night. You would have exclusive access two nights a week with weekdays and weekends available via shared calendar. All adjoining walls are double stud walls to minimize sound transmission between rooms. Keycard access and security cameras to keep your gear, and you, safe. 24 hour access. You can load or practice at any time you choose. All rooms are on the ground floor, no loading up stairs or into elevators. We are right in the Jack London Square neighborhood, with many restaurants, bars, venues and a movie theater all within close walking distance.
