A celebration of cowgirl artists and their community, gathered together to support and encourage creativity and friendship Cowgirl Art Rodear is a celebration of cowgirl artists and their community, gathered together to support and encourage creativity and friendship. We will honor the deep traditions of western art, music and poetry. We are excited and honored to have Trinity Seely joining us as the featured singer/ songwriter/ musician! There will be a dinner and concert, as well as displays featuring female artists and makers. We are dedicating Cowgirl Art Rodear 2021 to the memory of Sallie Knowles Joseph. We have also created the Sallie Knowles Joseph Art Scholarship Please gather with us to celebrate this community of artists and the art of community. Art display of original art for sale by featured artists and makers.3-6:30pm: Silent auction to benefit the Sallie Knowles Joseph Art Scholarship.6:30pm: Dinner7:30pm: Recitation of Sallie’s poetry.8pm: Concert by Trinity SeelyParking - Parking is available on site, as well as the Twin Lakes Road. Accommodations: Bridgeport, and the surrounding area, has a wide range of accommodations available, ranging from small town historic hotels, to RV parks overlooking the reservoir, and camping out by Twin Lakes. There are 150+ rooms within a square mile of Bridgeport Ranch, but in summer it is advisable to book reservations early. Come join us for an afternoon and evening of art, music, food and wine.
