About the Role: Finchberry is seeking a new team member to assist with product manufacturing. The person in this position will support the production team members by ensuring all equipment and tools are prepared and cleaned for soap makers. This person will also assist with other production and post-production tasks, as needed. Responsibilities: • Keep work area neat and clean • Upkeep, rinsing and cleaning of soap making tools and dishes • Preparing molds to be used in soap making • Scrape and mop floors • Post-production and Production duties and/or projects, as assigned About you • Has the ability to multi-task and work under tight and competing deadlines • Can easily follow instructions and procedures • Can lift 50lbs • Has experience with manual labor • Has great attention to detail • Has a flexible and upbeat attitude • Works as a team player Requirements High School Diploma Preferred Must be willing to undergo a background check Additional Info: Job Type: Full Time Salary: $11 to $13 hourly Opportunities for Bonuses Healthcare package offered after 90 days.
