Press release from Black Hawk College: March 15th, 2021 Students – Apply now for 2021-22 scholarships from the Black Hawk College Foundations! You complete only one application whether you are enrolling at the Quad-Cities Campus or the East Campus. However, once in the application, you must select the campus you will be attending in order to qualify for scholarships specific to each campus.
