Silver Macbook Pro Sitting on Garbage Can

Found Macbook Pro on top of a garbage can on some street I was passing by that was waiting to be taken. The charger is about three chargers or so old and the trackpad doesn't work so maybe someone upgraded and donated it to the streets and ive checked the lost and found the section for about three weeks now with nothing poping up. If you are the owner or heard of someone leaving their computer on their garbage can there is a name and a photo on the account so I can verify the rightful owner cause times are hard and it may be a lifeline. Get at me! P.S Im hoping that the owner was leaving it out on purpose in which case I would like to wash the computer if no1 claims it. If someone knows a service id be happy to pay or a legitimate place I could donate it too for kids or something.
