Lets face it, no one like to take their computer in for fixing. If your computer (excluding MAC) still turns on and you are able to connect to the internet, but you have lost performance...I can help remotely. I will help you install a common software that allows the connection and can be deleted after service is provided. It does not allow file transfer so nothing is copied. I have worked on PC's all my life and know how to maximize performance (even if they are still running on W7, XP or those prior). Basic fee is $25, and if you are happy with the performance after the completion...anything beyond that is tributary. I started doing this low cost option for seniors because technology changes to fast for them and they give up or dispose of something that can be easily fixed. You will be there watching everything I do and it may require rebooting on your end. I will not know your or capture your password either as I am only connected once the PC is already on.
