Do not use a handyman/construction guy by the name of Drew (Andrew) A. Koons. He takes a down payment upfront and then doesn't show up to do the work. I fell for this then asked for my money back after he kept coming up with excuses on why he couldn't make it. I never saw my money even though he said he would send me a check. DREW A.
