People looking for bands want to pay hardly nothing. If your a Pro, don't whore yourself out. You should be compensated for the lessons you have taken, the practice time you put in, going to the gig(gas), your equipment cost, Loading up and driving time. Set up and tear down, going back, unloading and the hours performing! By selling yourself cheap, you are hurting everyone else, because they can't make it playing what people want to low ball you for. Just saying, have pride in yourself!
