In 2008 when the housing crisis and great recession struck, other trades were out of work, but window cleaners were able to pay their mortgages! That is because people who own big homes want to have a nice view no matter what is going on in the economy. The windows get dirty again and there is a lifetime value in our customers! The wealthy will for the most part still be well off no matter what else is going on and they can't move their homes to Mexico or China very easily like they do with factories. There are 30,000 Americans who are now retired and don't want to climb ladders anymore. Younger people with big homes use our services too. That is because with our tools and experience we can do the home much easier and faster than they can themselves. Window cleaning is a respectable trade that pays a living wage once you get good at it. At our company, we invest in your future in many ways. We are a growing company with our eyes on national franchising! Hiring both experienced and apprentice window cleaners now. The crew leader position open requires a driver's license and the ability to interact with customers, follow written instructions, and exceed customer expectations. Benefits are 16 per hour to start plus tips from customers. A big profit-sharing check at the end of the season (December right before Christmas). We are pen books so everything is transparent and you learn about the numbers of the business. College scholarship and we pay all administration fees, no books or out of pocket to earn your degree! You could really load up on classes over the winter and get way ahead. We do keep some people on to help with commercial clients of the winter or you can collect an unemployment check as a seasonal worker and come back to us in the Spring! A company vehicle is provided! After three years of honorable service and some additional training, we award Crew Leaders with a franchise territory of their own. If you do not have a driver's license you can still be a window cleaner and we will still pay for you to go to school, but your pay will start at $14. We do a background check on everyone but honesty goes a long way with us. We are a Christian Company. We have a company program where we pay you to read books.
