Description
Looking for a personal assistant that is versatile and can handle things from working in the office, to doing light construction in the field. Pay is $15 per hour, flexible schedule, 20 to 35 hours per week. Could include housing arrangement if needed for a single person. This is a 1099 position (contractor), not an employee.
Ideal fit would be someone that is goal driven, wants to learn business and has an interest in expanding their knowledge in real estate and stock investments, but isn't afraid of hard work and getting a bit dirty when the job requires it.
A list of some of the work that is available, but not necessarily everything you need to do. But the more you can or are willing to do the more hours you get.
Entering bills to be paid into the computer
Filing bills and statements
Communicating with clients via email, phone and text
Showing real estate
Cleaning real estate
painting real estate
meeting contractors
handyman work that you may want to learn plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc.
Snow removal/Yard work
