We are a small construction cleaning company looking for a part time worker to help with rough cleaning outside of new construction job-sites. In general the job requires picking up lumber and garbage from new construction job-sites, loading it into a trailer and taking the loads to the dump. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with raises after the first 3 months, 6 months and a year. We are a family run business looking for people with a good work ethic and positive attitude to represent our company in a professional manner. Drivers license preferred but willing to train the right person and work around no drivers license. At this time we can offer around 25 hours per week but as the summer comes, it will require around 35 hours per week. Business hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Weekends and most holidays are off. We also need someone who can clean new construction windows and help with interior cleaning of new homes to make them move in ready.
