I am wrapping up a house rehab and looking for a skilled finish carpenter. Some experience with tiling would also be helpful. Reliability is essential. There are jambs, casings, baseboards, trim and cabinet installations to be done. If you haven't had experience with these skills please do not respond. If you're not reliable please don't respond. No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol - I don't care what you do on your own time but not on my job site. Please be professional and easy to work with. I am. No excuses and no drama please. You will be required to wear a mask when others are present, as will they. Work can be condensed into a specific time frame or done fewer days per week for a little longer but there is an end deadline. You must be able to work unsupervised for extended periods. Pay is going rate and there is the possibility of bonuses for work done well and on time.
