Press release from the City of Palo Alto: March 13, 2021 Proclamation Honoring Assistant City Manager and former Library Director Monique LeConge Ziesenhenne on her Retirement from the City. Temporary Ordinance amending Title 18 (Zoning) of the Palo Alto Municipal Code to broaden permissible uses and raise thresholds for conditional use permits (CUP) for some land uses throughout the City was passed with some exceptions, including restrictions on certain retail development uses in the University and California Ave areas. More information can be found here in the Council presentation. Castilleja School Project community feedback was given; Council Action will be taken at the 3/15 Council Meeting.
