A local moving company is looking for a part-time mover with a valid driver's license. You must have a valid driver's license. A valid driver's license is needed for this job. If you have a valid driver's license with moving experience then please apply. Pay is $15/hr. Work is on a part-time as-needed basis. We usually schedule 1-2 weeks out. The position is for immediate hire. Shirts will be provided. MOST crews are two movers but sometimes we run more depending on the job. We are a professional company so we expect professionalism on the job. We do provide the necessary professional moving tools needed for a safe and secure move. We expect efficient and hard work while on the job site. No smoking around customers, no playing on your phone, no dealing with your baby momma drama, etc... The driver is expected to pick up U-Haul at the assigned location in advance of the job. Time is paid from the time of arrival at U-Haul until the time of drop off of the U-Haul. The U-Haul will ALWAYS be paid for and reserved with no hassle. A smartphone is required for this job in order to complete the U-Haul process. You will very likely work with the owner on your first few moves to be shown the company ropes. That said, you must be able to bend and pick up 75+ pounds. You must be able to climb stairs daily (if needed). Experience is strongly desired but will train the right young professional. The pay is $15/hr.
