An established real estate sign post installation service company is looking for a person to manage real estate sign post installations in the Winchester/Front Royal/New Market area. You will install and remove sign posts, as well as install and remove "For Sale" sign panels. See photos for examples of our signs from around the country. This is outside, self-supervised work with a fairly flexible scheduled. We provide the work orders, tools, and training. You must have your own reliable transportation (light truck or van preferred), as well as a cell phone with a data plan to manage your work. Pay is $15/hour plus revenue split on your installation, removal, and service calls. We're paid every two weeks. We offer partial paid medical insurance, paid time off (holiday, personal days, etc.)
