Diagnosing possible issues and creating relationships with homeowners. General Purpose of Position Traveling to jobsites throughout the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Diagnosing any issues and creating a proper material list to fix as necessary. Handling emergency visits as they arise. Knowledge of roofing is a plus BUT NOT a deal breaker. Duties (include but are not limited to) 3 to 4 appointments a day Responding to emergency calls Speaking with customers, addressing any issues and finding solutions Handling small repairs per written contracts Able to think outside the box, make decisions on the spot Physical Requirements Valid Drivers License Able to lift 50 LBS Must not be afraid of heights Ability to climb and lift a ladder Must pass a Background Check and pre employment drug screen
