Nearly a decade ago, George Racz, founder of the Las Vegas Distillery had an idea of craftsmanship coming together: craft beer, craft spirits, and craft wine in one place. From that idea, collaboration, and hard work, the Henderson Artisan Booze District was born. Originally, the Las Vegas Distillery, CraftHaus Brewery, Bad Beat Brewing, and Grape Expectations School of Winemaking were the first businesses to open off Eastgate Road in Henderson, Nevada. In the following years, Vegas Valley Winery, Astronomy Aleworks, and Ambros Whiskey joined the District. Each business is independently owned & operated, except Vegas Valley Winery & Grape Expectations, which are sister companies. All businesses, except Ambros, have hours open to the public to enjoy handcrafted libations at their locations or booze to go. In addition, events, special attractions, and festive offerings are available both independently and in cooperation with Booze District Members. This Passport is one such cooperative effort. Inside you will find offers, specials, freebies, and incentives to explore each business and return again to your favorites! The official kick-off is the whole weekend of the 26th-28th but you may pick up & enjoy the savings & giveaways until the passport expires on June 15th.
