Creekside Pet Hotel is seeking an experienced kennel manager. Applicants must have current kennel management experience to be considered. The Kennel Manager reports directly to the business owner. They are responsible for the overall kennel operations including the staff, the pet guests, and the facility. The objectives of the Kennel Manager are: • ensure safety and welfare of all pet guests and employees • ensure the consistent delivery of service to our pet guests and their parents The Manager should set an example for the staff by being on time and reliable as well as strictly follow and enforce the process and guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook. Great communication skills are necessary. Must have dependable transportation. Availability during holidays / school breaks is mandatory and some weekends.
