Treats animals with kindness and respect. Maintains a clean and sanitary environment for animals. Maintains training handling when interacting with animals. Specific Job Duties: • Clean and maintain kennels and animal living areas daily. • Clean other areas designated for the animals. Sweep, take out garbage, wash windows, etc. • Clean and maintain facility equipment: i.e. carriers, leashes, brushes, etc. • Wash food and water bowls and put them away in an orderly fashion. • Prepare and Provide each animal with food and water per feeding schedule. • Help as needed with the animals. Pickup Feces and sanitize bathroom areas. • Follow proper safety measures and procedures when using chemicals and cleaning supplies • Assist others in a cheerful and respectful manner. • Help with washing, drying, and folding of laundry. • Help maintain a clean and organized work area. • Inform owners of any health issues with the animals. • Responsible for all other duties as assigned by the owner. • Administer vaccination boosters • Administer dewormer • Maintenance grooming COVID-19 precautions Remote interview process Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Must wear mask.
