Job Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking, experienced, ambitious attorney to help develop our Plaintiff’s side employment litigation practice. Qualified candidates will have the legal skills to bring justice to individuals illegally mistreated in the workplace; the people skills to build lasting relationships; and the business skills to work with us to grow this practice area.
Required expertise and experience:
Federal and State Employment and Labor Laws including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower laws, wage and hour violations and hostile work environment.Federal and state civil procedure including motion practice, discovery disputes, and deposition practice.Case EvaluationClient InteractionSettlement Negotiations
Qualifications and Skills
5 years minimum experience in a private practice law firm.
