Great entry level opportunity. Join our growing team at the largest indoor flea market in the country! Responsibilities Keeping grounds free from trash, litter, debris, and emptying trash receptacles. Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, irrigation and overall landscaping. Use powered equipment to keep exterior walkways, building entrances and parking lot clear of debris Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, ticks, and others. Maintain and repair market fixtures as needed. Assist in fulfilling general vendor requests and work orders. Identify, prevent and resolve any market safety issues. Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job. Perform general administrative tasks as requested by the management. Requirements MUST HAVE FULL WEEKEND AVAILABILITY. Positive attitude, good communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment. Must be willing to work outside in the elements. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be 18 years or older to apply. Must have a valid drivers license. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
