Job Description Full time spots available for Hardscape and Landscape installation Crew Leader and Laborers Crew Leader duties: Responsible for running truck and in charge of crew members daily Must have valid license and clean 3 year MVR Must be able to operate truck and equipment in safe manner Extensive Landscape/Hardscape experience Highly organized team player and self-starter Must have knowledge of equipment and experience in the industry. Ability to work efficiently Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities Accountable for ensuring that quality standards are being met, safety standards are followed and minimizing loss of productivity due to injury, equipment or property damage. Must be willing to work at least 40 to 50 hours a week No lay off in winter Room for advancement over time Pay is based on experience and negotiable. Laborer duties: Must be hard working and enjoy outdoors Experience with landscape and hardscape installation Must be able to take direction well Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be willing to work 40 to 50 hrs a week No lay off in winter Room for advancement over time Pay based on experience but we are willing to train for this position.
