Kelly Industrial Services is looking for a crew manager in the Atlanta area. Crew Manager is expected to run crews of four to eighteen crew members over projects during the week and weekends. Kelly Industrial Services primarily provides removal of combustible dust,painting services, and concrete coatings. Candidates should have painting experience but not required Crew Manager responsibilities are as follows: Hire and Train new crew members Instill Safety requirements for all crew members Must be able to work Weekends,and Holidays(Required) Travel required (100%) Professional attitude and appearance Able to work 12 hours + if needed to complete projects Able to lift at least 75lbs Must have Steel Toe Boots, all other PPE will be provided Ability to work on aerial platform, scaffolding and ladders Able to work in dusty, and dirty conditions Stand for long periods Work in extreme hot & cold conditions Must be a team player & have a solid work ethic Must have valid driver license · Must pass drug screen, criminal background check Paid Training(2-4) weekends, Competitive Compensation New Hire Package will be discussed if selected for the position Holding Interviews on March 17th, and 18th Location will be provided upon submission of application Please contact George 404-594-3329
