ISO Trusted Small animal Vet for Rats

Hello i’m searching for a vet that can do neuter on a male rat, i want to get him some friends but don’t want pregnancy or aggression to be an issue. i know this procedure is possible but i can’t find anyone with connections to a vet that can do this. I know it may be a little pricey but that’s okay. He’s about 4-6 months old and a chunky boy. HE’S NOT FOR SALE THIS IS NOT A REHOMING POST. If you know of anyone on the Georgia area that can do this please let me know.
