Central Florida Health Care partners with Bethel Missionary Baptist Church of Lake Alfred to provide COVID Drive-Thru Vaccinations. You will be contacted with an exact date shortly. Also, we will need the a consent form completed prior to the event. We will be able to vaccinate the following populations: Persons 60 years of age and older; · Health care personnel with direct patient contact; (Will need employment badge with picture and title or medical license) · K-I 2 school employees 50 years of age and older; (Will need employment badge or proof) · Sworn law enforcement officers 50 years of age and older; and (Will need employment badge or proof) · Firefighters 50 years of age and older. (Will need employee badge or proof)
