We will be conducting two virtual focus group sessions on Friday, March 19, 2021 via Zoom. The morning session will run from 9:30 am-12:00 noon; the afternoon session is from 1:30-5:00 pm. Only residents of Santa Clara County are eligible. To apply, please complete the following questionnaire by 9:00 am Wed., March 17. All backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Incomplete applications will not be considered. If selected, we will notify you by 10:00 am, Thurs., March 18 and you will need to accept (or decline) the invitation by 1:00 pm that afternoon. A Zoom invitation link will be sent following your acceptance. Participants are required to log into Zoom 15 minutes prior to your session to allow time for checking in each participant (you will be asked to present your valid photo ID at that time). We will not be able to admit late participants once a session is underway. Payment will be sent in the form of an Amazon e-Gift Card: $100 for the morning session; $150 for the afternoon session.
