Rehoming mixed brindle dog! Must go to a good home

I’m a 23 year old college student who’s recently diagnosed with epilepsy and I’m in the testing process for brain surgery. Due to my health complications and not being able to drive, I’m sad to say I can no longer give Howard (my dog) the best life he deserves. I tried to rehome to a family member but they also have been hit with finical issues. He’s around 1 and a half years old, he loves people and very playful! He needs to be with a family or person who has time to be around him and play with him. I no longer have the time or energy sadly. Please note these photos are from July 2020, from when he was 6 months old. I did not have the chance to take new photos but as soon as I can I will text you them!!
