Hello all, I'm a singer/guitarist moving to Detroit in June and would love to get some folks together to play some tunes I have written/recorded, plus write some new ones. Looking to gig (when that's possible), record, jam, and just have a new gang of friends with whom I can have fun and navigate the local music scene. I won't name specific influences because I don't want to give people a false idea of what I'm working on, but in broadstrokes terms, it's psychedelic and alternative rock. I use plenty of reverb, delay, and modulation pedals, but also love me some overdrive and fuzz. If you're interested, shoot me a message and we'll chat music, influences, previous recordings, life, food, whatever. Folks of all races, genders, religions, sexual orientations welcome. Age isn't necessarily a dealbreaker for me, but FWIW I'm 29. I have a day job, so I understand when life gets in the way, but I'm still extremely dedicated to and passionate about my musical pursuits; hopefully, we'll be on the same level of musical dedication.
