DNB+Metalcore band looking for sax-playing multi-instrumentalist

Description

Must have your own instruments This is kind of a crazy concept, and I'm not totally sure if it would actually work, but I'd like to at least try. I'm in an electronic metalcore band with members in Livonia and Canton looking for a multi instrumentalist who can play saxophone, or a saxophonist who can be our clean singer. We're 27 and 24. There's a heavy dance influence in it and I feel like saxophone would sound cool, but I'm honestly not sure. Most of what we make has an extremely extremely heavy DNB influence, and it's all mostly around 174 BPM. The most important thing is that you can play saxophone, but we don't really want saxophone in every song, so we also need you to be able to play another instrument or sing. Besides drums or any bass instrument, it doesn't matter what it is as long as you can hear it live when there's heavy guitar, bass, and drums going. It could be guitar, trumpet, even violin if you have a setup like the dude in Yellowcard, or really anything. It could also be keys if you have a way to play midi keys with no latency (I can't do it with my computer unfortunately). We are currently a guitarist/producer, and a vocalist. Drums, bass, and synths are all done automatically and will be backtracked when we play live. We have no full band demos yet as the vocalist hasn't finished writing lyrics, but we do have some instrumental demos, and a video of the vocalist screaming a couple years ago. He still sounds at least as good as he did back then, but if you're interested, he could send you some newer ones. Instrumental demo: https://soundcloud.com/cameron-sumner-1/174-dubsteppyish-2/s-6XuKo2VPdOR Vocalist from a couple years ago: https://facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2270514786554104&id=100007868141855 At first, you would mostly be writing over stuff that we've already written (if you think tweaks should be made to fit your ideas, we're all ears) because we already have demos written. But as we write new stuff, you would absolutely be a major part of the writing process from the beginning. I'd love to give this a try, but even if you're an amazing sax player, be prepared for us to say no. We really have no idea if this will work, but there's no way to know if we don't try.
