Locally owned property maintenance company looking for someone to work in lawn care and asphalt sealcoating. This is a full time position and can definitely be permanent for the right person. No experience necessary – the only 2 qualifications is common sense and motivation. This position will start April 1st and has a pay rate of $13-$15 per hour. There are many bonuses and incentives once trained. The hours can vary, but we generally try to work mon-fri 7am to 6pm. If it’s a rainy week, then we would work the weekend. People skills is a must – I am looking for someone that can eventually take over and run their own crew. I need someone that can run a zero turn mower and talk to customers and sell jobs. Transportation is a must! Applicant must be able to show up to work 5 mins before I show up. Overall it’s a great job to make some money, work hard, pay your bills, be outside and have fun!
