Phizer survey scam

Saturday I received this email from Phizer or Phizer viccine survey (misspelled) I realized it was probably a scam (after)asking a couple of covid vaccine questions and you would get one of these electronic gadgets just pay shipping. Then another company is supposedly sending it out so when I looked on my credit card statement there was another higher charge of $42 for something I did not authorize. I’m just wondering if anyone has also received such an email.
