PART TIME CDL LICENSED DRIVER NEEDED FOR ON CALL LOADS. $25/hr We are looking for a Competent driver with a CDL classification and a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD to operate a F250 Diesel pulling a 40’ Gooseneck Fifth Wheel Hotshot Trailer. This opportunity would be on a periodic basis for part days or full days, depending upon our needs. You would be transporting Hot Tubs and Swim Spas around the Austin Area, +/- 100 miles… You must be a TX resident local to Austin, and able to respond quickly to our needs, and report for duty with a short notice. You would also be required to assist in the safe loading and tie down process of the loads that you haul. Forklift certification preferred but not required. You must be available for short notice duty as soon as Tomorrow by 9am 03/16/21. We require you to send us a copy of your DL, so that we may run an MVR prior to allowing you to drive one of our trucks… WE WILL CHECK YOUR DRIVING RECORD!!! So please do not respond if you have anything less than a perfect record!!! We will also require at least two references for which you have operated a similar or larger rig... Initially, we need somebody tomorrow, and the rest of the week… 3/16/21 Thru 3/18/21 or longer… After that, If you prove to be competent, we will keep using you... The position pays $25/hr flat from the time that you are behind the wheel, until you are not.. This a part time contract labor position that will pay a straight wage with no taxes withheld.
