Hello contractors! Straight to the point- I know work is slowed up due to covid and the weather. So I’m out here AGAIN searching for that one crew out of the pool of many. These jobs you will get paid upon completion. There’s no deposit until we build a relationship and I know that you are a trustworthy person. If you don’t have tools- please don’t call. If the customer will not be satisfied with your work- please don’t call. If you’re doing a lot of jobs at once- please don’t call. If you are desperate please don’t call because you’ll only waste my time and yours. Here are the jobs: 1) ATLANTA, GA Simple door framing and french door install. PAYMENT: $200 2) ATLANTA, GA To build wall, frame door, install door, install sheetrock and paint sheetrock. PAYMENT: $600 3) SANDY SPRINGS, GA To skim ceiling and bring to paint ready. Textured ceiling has already been sanded down. PAYMENT: $750 4) MORROW, GA To close off two openings, to frame two doorways and one closet, to hang drywall and paint and install two interior doors and to build a ramp on entry doorway step down PAYMENT: $1,000 5) Atlanta, GA To replace rotted wood under subfloor where step down is located and to replace rotten band joist in front portion of house to raise sunken floor PAYMENT: $1,000 6) Conyers, GA Framing, to install laminate flooring, to hang drywall, to install window and door.
