Lost My Little Buddy- Please Help

This is Butters. He’s my adult Maine Coon cat, but most importantly, my best friend. As you can see in the pictures, he’s trained to walk on a leash and wears a harness when he’s outside. My boyfriend mistakenly let him outside about an hour ago, and Butters is an indoor only cat unless I’m walking him. I’m very upset and super worried about my baby, especially since it’s raining outside. He’s wearing his harness right now, well two of them, since I’m extra careful. One is blue and one is black with little white skulls all over it. He’s a very sweet cat and he means the world to me. I’ve had a very hard couple years and this cat is literally all of my happiness. Please, please help me find him. He was lost near jet hawks stadium, cinemark 22, harbor freight area about 8:30 pm tonight. Please call or text me if anyone has any info. I will pay a reward for his safe return.
