The reporting person states the woman asked him to send money to her so she can buy marijuana for them to share. This same woman then asked him to send more money so she could get an Uber ride to his house. The reporting person did send this woman the requested amount of money, but she never arrived at his residence. The reporting person sent a total amount of $147 to this woman.
