A soundbath is a deeply-immersive meditative experience in which the participants are “bathed” in sound waves and frequencies. These waves are produced by various instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, wave and rain instruments, as well as the human voice. As each participant is "bathed" in sound naturally begin to entrain with the frequencies and vibrations around them. This allows their brainwaves to naturally slow, allowing a path to homeostasis and equilibrium which ushers in natural healing both physically and emotionally. I would like to invite you to a meet and greet on April 1st to launch our opening. Our first clases will be April 2nd, 3rd and 4th...All classes will be FREE throughout our first grand opening weekend.
