Please Read Before Attending Service on Sunday Morning! Living Hope Community Church's priority is to do our very best to “safely re-open and stay open safely.” Each of us has a responsibility to keep our personal space safe for each other and ourselves. If you are not feeling well, or displaying infectious symptoms, please attend our service on-line. If we become aware of an exposure at a service at which you were present, we are obligated to notify health officials who will need to know everyone who attended the service for tracing purposes. We will use your contact information given in this registration for only that purpose, if necessary. Please be mindful of keeping social distancing guidelines of 6' between households. Please be seated in the sanctuary by 9:50 a.m. as we cannot allow entrance to anyone after that time due to live-streaming conditions. If you are unable to attend, please email [email protected].
