Hello i am offering self defense lessons now that things are getting back normal. The self defense lessons are only 30 minutes and are only $5.00. The things you will learn with me have NEVER been taught or seen before. I have over 30 years of training experience. The lessons are by appointment only. All students are required to wear a mask, gloves and long sleeve shirt.
