Join us at Progress Park for a full day of activities to include large group and small group health and wellness activities. Spend time outdoors experiencing exercise, yoga/stretching, water activities, creative and reflective therapies, and more! COVID protocols will be in place. Most activities will occur outside with plenty of room for social distancing. Overnight accommodations available for a limited number of participants in one of Progress Park's Airstream Campers or houses. Participants may also consider camping in their own tent at a limited capacity.
