RV plumber needed

I live full time in a 28 ft. Long Travel Trailer/RV. My toilet is clogged. I need someone to come by with a plumber profesional Snake to get toilet running. I also just bought a Honeywell air Cooler (swamp cooler) and I have Instructions and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to work it! ( I had stroke 2 years ago) I am 65 retired and it is obviously a necessity. Salary negotiable. Please be honest and proffesional. My address and contact info are all accurate.
