Become a team member of a crew that cuts, machines, fabricates, and packs backyard chicken coops & backyard garden beds that ship all across the US. The opening we are looking to fill an opening that will require an organized individual that is task oriented and looking to learn a new craft. Time management, scheduling and execution of day to day goals will be focused on along with the the carpentry skills necessary to complete the work required. Our goal is to find an individual to take on the task of learning and then executing the manufacturing and fabricating of parts. Previous carpentry experience would be helpful but is not required. Required Work Experience: No prior work experience is required, however you should be comfortable with the idea of working at high powered saws. We love to train people with the right personality, attitude, and work ethic. Skills: Math | Ability to do basic math Fractions | Ability to quickly learn to read a tape measure Strong | can lift 25 lbs throughout the day Stand | Can stand on feet for the day Eye-Hand Coordination | Can operate a hand tool Organization | Able to keep work area clean and neat Team Player | Ability to work with others Disciplined | Ability to repeatedly complete task accurately Production minded Conscientious Hardy | We work in an outdoor covered shop (noise, dust, temp) Desire to work with your hands Safety Minded | Ability to recognize and execute safe work habits Education: No special education is required. We require that all workers can pass a background check (no convicted sex offenders, no theft convictions, felony narcotic convictions, or violent assault convictions) as we work at a residence ranch and will run your info before you start work.
