Looking for a person that's capable and willing to do maintenance on property, Job requires a little painting, plumbing, carpenter, maybe installing some laminated flooring, some mowing and trimming the grass. Some weeks it will be 2-3 days, other weeks if doing a remodel or major repair 40 or more hours. { I am willing to be flexible with the hours and the timing of the hours.} You get the picture. I have been paying $12.50 per hour for the mowing and trimming. If you are the right guy and have flexible hours and have knowledge and capability to handle these requirements, I will negotiate the hourly wage with you.
